Abstract EN

The modern and contemporary history of Iran witnessed many important events in the internal and external spheres that had an important impact on the political situation.

The period (1962-1973) acquires great importance in the contemporary history of Iran, as it witnessed internal events and developments that left significant effects on the political situation in Iran and not Only on the internal policy, but also on the foreign policy, which was affected by the intense conflict between the Shah and the Islamic movement, which forced the Shah to change his foreign policy in a way that ensures his continued control of the domestic arena and the exclusion of the Islamic movement.This research consisted of two sections.

In the first section, we touched on the reform program of the White Revolution in the economic field 1962-1967, and on the principles of the White Revolution.

As for the second topic, it came under the title of the position of the Iranian religious institution on the White Revolution, in which we explained the position of the religious institution on that (revolution).
