Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل رئيس التعرف على مستوى انعكاس المظاهر الدالة للحداثة السائلة لزيجمونت باومان في مجالات التحرر، الفردية، الزمان والمكان العمل الجماعة على أنواع الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر أصحاب الاختصاص.

في ضوء طبيعة الدراسة والأهداف التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها، فقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة لتحقيق أهدافها، واستخدام أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات الميدانية من عينة الدراسة التي تكونت من (41) عضو هيئة تدريس من أصحاب الاختصاص من العاملين في الجامعات الأردنية التي تضم تخصصات علم الاجتماع، وعلم الجريمة والانحراف والخدمة الاجتماعية، والعمل الاجتماعي.

أظهرت النتائج أن المستوى العام لانعكاس مظاهر الحداثة السائلة الزيجمونت باومان على أنواع الجريمة في المجتمع الأردني من وجهة نظر أصحاب الاختصاص في الجامعات الأردنية جاءت بمستوى متوسط بمتوسط حسابي (3.592).

واتضح من النتائج أن مجال "العمل" كأحد انعكاسات مظاهر الحداثة السائلة على أنواع الجريمة قد حقق الترتيب الأول من حيث الأهمية بمتوسط حسابي (3.889) وبمستوى مرتفع، وفي الترتيب الثاني مجال "التحرر" وبمتوسط حسابي (3.756) وبمستوى مرتفع، وفي الترتيب الثالث مجال "الزمان والمكان" بمتوسط حسابي (3.511) وبمستوى متوسط، وفي الترتيب الرابع وقبل الأخير مجال "الفردية" بمتوسط حسابي (3.501) وبمستوى متوسط، وفي الترتيب الخامس والأخير مجال "الجماعة" بمتوسط حسابي (3.302) وبمستوى متوسط.

وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة سعي الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة لإيجاد سياسات اجتماعية واقتصادية فاعلة للحد والوقاية من الجرائم المترتبة عن التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية المصاحبة للحداثة في المجتمع الأردني.

English Abstract

The study mainly aimed to identify the level of reflection of the indicative manifestations of Zygmunt Baumann's fluid modernity in the areas of "liberation, individuality, time and place, work, and group" on the types of crime in Jordanian society from the perspective of specialists.

In light of the nature of the study and the objectives it seeks to achieve, the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach using the sample social survey method to achieve its objectives, and the use of the questionnaire tool to collect field data from the study sample, which consisted of (41) specialized faculty members working in Jordanian universities.

Which includes the disciplines of "Sociology, Criminology and Delinquency, Social Work, and Social Work.

The results showed that the general level of reflection of the manifestations of liquid modernity of Zygmunt Baumann on the types of crime in Jordanian society from the perspective of specialists in Jordanian universities came at an average level, with an arithmetic mean of (3.592).

It was clear from the results that the field of "work" as one of the reflections of the manifestations of liquid modernity on the types of crime achieved the first rank in terms of importance with an arithmetic average of (3.889) and a high level, and in the second rank the field of "liberation" with an arithmetic mean of (3.756) and a high level, and in the third rank the field "Time and place" with an arithmetic average of (3.511) at an average level, and in the fourth and penultimate order the field of "individuality" with an arithmetic mean of (3.501) and an average level, and in the fifth and final order the field of "group" with an arithmetic mean of (3.302) and an average level.

The study recommended the need for the relevant government agencies to seek effective social and economic policies to reduce and prevent crimes resulting from the social and cultural changes accompanying modernity in Jordanian society.
