The Qur’anic legislation was distinguished by several characteristics, which distinguished it from the positive legislation legislated by humans, and the commentators shed light on these characteristics in their interpretations.

Interpretations, this is a hard work that is not covered by this research, but was limited to the books of the ancient exegetes, not the modern ones.

Therefore, this research tagged (characteristics of the Qur’anic legislation for the ancient exegetes) deals with the extrapolation of the characteristics of the Qur’anic legislation in the books of interpretation of the ancient exegetes.
