It is well known to those who work in researching issues of Islamic legislation, that the collective Ijtihad is the best solution to answer many questions posed by contemporary events, so many research papers and some books have been written about it, and yet this subject needs more research in the theoretical and applied fields; because the conception of collective Ijtihad in its contemporary form is not complete.

through this research, i tried to propose a new stereotype for a global Islamic jurisprudence council, it includes all scientific institutions working in the field of Islamic legislation, and it includes all Ulama, scholars researchers who have the qualifications for Ijtihad and Islamic scientific research.

this global Islamic jurisprudence council, depends on the ease and speed provided by modern means of communication in transmitting and disseminating information, and distance dialogue, with a possibility of deciding on many issues in a short time, without the hassle of traveling and many expenses, this council it is characterized by scientific credibility and honesty, it must bring together the greatest number of Ulama and academics from all tendencies and all countries.
