The study aimed to identify the mechanisms of legal and educational protection in the school environment, and reveal its effectiveness in ensuring the protection of children from violence to achieve a safe school environment, where the content of legal texts of school legislation was analyzed, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the content analysis method was used, as the results concluded that there is a lack of legal and educational mechanisms to protect children from the phenomenon of violence in the school environment, with not renewed and activated on the ground in line with the aggravation of school violence.
