It makes it easier for a terrorist to hide and he can commit his crime anywhere out of sight,The crime of cyberterrorism is transnational and is not prevented by natural or industrial borders, which the State protects to provide security and safety.

Cyberterrorism offences are aimed at penetrating military or security sites, infrastructure or websites important to the State or accounts of officials who were the President of the Republic or a minister in the State for the purpose of destroying them or stealing important information.
