The philosophy of modern education is characterized by a focus on teaching thinking; Critical thinking, creative thinking, and problem-solving thinking, that is, thinking that requires higher mental skills.

Studies have proven that children are born with latent creative abilities, and these abilities appear in the early years of a child's life in his constant attempts to explore, and his constant questioning.

Higher thinking skills, such as creative thinking, need the appropriate supportive environment in order to appear and grow, and the responsibility for this is assumed by the family, kindergarten, school and officials in the various educational institutions.

This paper shows the importance of the role of educational leadership in developing an environment that supports the gifted and creative within the educational institution, and presents a special model for this educational leadership, which encourages creativity and possesses experience in planning and follow-up implementation.

And if we can't teach thinking because it's linked to intelligence linked to genes, we can teach thinking skills.
