Arabic Abstract
تهدف هذه الورقة إلى دراسة تأثير تطبيقات الوصول الاجتماعي على أداء الشركة من حيث الربحية والنمو والتوسع في السوق ورضا العملاء والموظفين في قطاع السياحة في الأردن وعمان على وجه الخصوص، بناء على مراجعة الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة.
تركز هذه الدراسة على أكثر التطبيقات شيوعا وتأثيرا على أداء القطاعات والشركات والسياحة على وجه الخصوص وعلى التغيير الذي أحدثته هذه المواقع في أداء الشركات وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية مؤخرا.
مجتمع الدراسة والعينة: يشمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع شركات السياحة والسفر في عمان ويبلغ عددها 514 مكتب بفروعها، وتم توزيع الاستبيان على 107 مكتب كعينة للدراسة.
النتائج: يمكن الاستنتاج أن تأثير اعتماد وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على أداء الشركات في قطاع السياحة في الأردن مرتفع للغاية، ويساهم في الغالب في الربحية والنمو وحصة السوق والموظفين والعملاء.
التوصيات: ستؤدي زيادة التركيز على احتياجات العملاء ومتطلباتهم إلى تعزيز أنشطة الشركة بالإضافة إلى أدائها المالي، زيادة اعتماد التسويق عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
واستهداف أسواق دولية جديدة سيعزز أداء القطاع، يجب بذل المزيد من الجهود لإرضاء الموظفين من أجل تحسين إنتاجيتهم وولاتهم.
English Abstract
This study aims to study the impact of social access applications on the firm performance in terms of profitability, growth, market expansion, customers’ satisfaction, and employees in the tourism sector in Jordan and Amman in particular, based on a literature review and previous studies.
Focuses on the most common and most influential applications on the performance of sectors, companies and tourism in particular, and on the change brought about by these sites in the firm performance and the achievement of competitive advantage recently.
Population and sample: The study population includes all travel and tourism companies in Oman, numbering 514 offices in their branches, and the questionnaire was distributed to 107 offices as a sample for the study.
Finding: Can be concluded that the impact of the adoption of social media on firm performance in the tourism sector in Jordan is very high, and it mostly contributes to profitability, growth, market share, employees, and customer.
Recommendations: Increasing the focus on customer needs and requirements will boost the company activities as well as their financial performance, to increase the adoption of social media marketing and targeting new international markets will enhance the sector performance, and more efforts should be given to employee’s satisfaction in order to improve their productivity and loyalty.
