Abstract EN

This research sheds light on concepts such as: the concept of criminal liability and its association with the juvenile, criminal eligibility and its types, meanings and terminologies of the juvenile, and determining its age stage after which appropriate procedures can be taken to suit their age.

the research discusses whether Arab legislations agreed on a one unified term to describe that stage of human life and what is the effect of eligibility for performance.

it highlights the importance of the intervention of humanities in this field.

due to the need of integrated sciences to get well-established treatment based on scientific facts that will be implemented on juveniles to avoid mistakes.

i ask Allah to grant success and the completion of this research in the future, so that we may expand the concept of criminal responsibility and its connection to the juvenile, and the consequent provisions or measures and penalties that may be required to stop juveniles from committing crimes, as well as the importance of knowing the reasons behind juvenile delinquency and inclination.

this research sheds light on concepts such as: meanings of the event and its terminology and determining the age stage for it after which appropriate measures can be taken for the one who calls this term, in addition to the importance of human sciences intervention in this field.

due to the need of each science for the other in order to reach treatment based on well-established scientific rules implemented events to prevent mistakes.
