After the spread of Corona pandemic and the establishment of certain health measurements by the authorities', which affected the economic and social life, a serious crisis with regard to worker's wages is evolved due to the lockdown.

The suspension of work activities and the layoffs of workers have resulted in a situation that requires state intervention to alleviate the economic burden of the employers and to find alternative means to compensate financially the workers who lost their jobs.

The state needs to find legal guarantees for the worker's wages as the legal protection of their wages is weak and does not rise to the level of properly dealing with such circumstances.

The state must work on avoiding the exploitation of such situations and limiting the employer's authority by providing sufficient cash to support this segment in the course of being exposed to emergency situations that affect economy negatively.

Also, harm to employers should be considered so as to avoid creating an economic crisis in which commercial enterprises collapse.

For these reasons, namely finding appropriate legislative solutions and mitigating the negative economic effects of the pandemic, a study of the constitutional and legal protection of worker's rights in the midst of Corona pandemic is conducted.
