Main through which to provide the expertise and skills required for students According to basic conditions in arranging and distributing the pillars, and in which there are factors that facilitate the educational process.

This strategy seeks for learners to face new situations in order to (develop learning, independence, a sense of responsibility, understanding strengths and weaknesses, facing and solving problems, as well as encouraging cooperation among students themselves), using purposeful educational activities that make them able to perform the tasks.

Hence, the importance of the research lies in developing the cognitive aspect and developing the handling and rolling skills of the students of the first stage of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences-Wasit University through the educational pillars strategy, which the researcher hopes will develop these two aspects.

Through the study of the researcher in the initial stage, he noticed that there is difficulty and weakness in the application of basic football skills by students, as well as the lack of use of modern educational methods in theoretical and practical lectures.
