The research aims to: Determining standard levels for evaluating the performance of Al-Mustansiriya University handball players.

The researcher used the descriptive method in a survey method for its relevance to his research problem.

The researcher chose his research community in the intentional way represented by handball players in the departments and colleges of Al-Mustansiriya University for the academic year 2021-2022, which numbered (102) players representing (10) faculties.

%) of the original research community, and (10) players from the research community who represented the pilot experiment were excluded.

In order to obtain the appropriate tests for offensive skills for a moment, the researcher conducted a comprehensive survey of many sources and scientific research related to this, and the researcher extracted from this a number of appropriate tests to measure the offensive skills in question, knowing that the tests (selected and proposed) were presented to specialists and experts for review in the field of testing and measurement and handball, and it achieved a high agreement rate of (85%).

The following results were obtained: In the handling test, a very good level got the lowest percentage (10%), while an average level got the highest percentage (40%), while the poor level did not get a percentage, In the ball dribbling test, a very good level got the lowest percentage (14%) and an average level got the highest percentage (40%), while the poor level did not get any percentage, and in the correction test, an acceptable level got the lowest percentage (12%), while a good level got the highest percentage (42%), while the weak level did not get any percentage.
