Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أثر استخدام القيادة التشاركية على أداء العاملين في دائرة الجمارك الأردنية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة وزعت إلكترونية على موظفي دائرة الجمارك الأردنية، وتم الحصول على (329) استجابة، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالأساليب الإحصائية ضمن البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في معالجة البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من خلال الدراسة الميدانية للعينة المبحوثة، وتم استخدم الأساليب الإحصائية المختلفة والمتمثلة ب (الوسط الحسابي، والانحراف المعياري، والتكرارات والنسب المئوية، واختبارOne Sample T-test، واختبار كرون باج الفا، واختبار التوزيع الطبيعي.

وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لممارسة القيادة التشاركية على أداء العاملين في دائرة الجمارك الاردنية"، وذلك من خلال وجود أثر لتفويض السلطة، لمشاركة المرؤوسين في اتخاذ القرارات، لتحفيز العاملين ، وللعلاقات الإنسانية، على أداء العاملين في دائرة الجمارك الأردنية، وذلك لكون العاملون يتحملون المسؤولية عند تفويض السلطة، وزيادة المشاركة والتعاون بين العاملين في تنفيذ القرارات المتخذة، ولكون الإدارة تشجع العاملين على المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات، وأن العمل بروح الفريق الواحد والثقة المتبادلة بين العاملين تزيد من قدرتهم على أداء المهام.

English Abstract

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of using participatory leadership on the performance of employees in the Jordanian Customs Department.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire that was distributed electronically to the employees of the Jordanian Customs Department.

(329) responses were obtained.

To test the study hypotheses, statistical methods were used within the Statistical Program for Science.

Social Security (SPSS) in processing the data obtained through the field study of the sample investigated, and various statistical methods were used, namely (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequencies and percentages, One Sample T-test, Cronbach’s Alpha test, and the normal distribution test.

The study concluded that there was a statistically significant effect (α ≤0.05) of the practice of participatory leadership on the performance of employees in the Jordanian General Customs Department, through the finding of an effect of delegating authority, for the participation of subordinates in decision-making, for motivating workers in making decisions, and for human relations, to The performance of employees in the Jordanian General Customs Department, because employees bear responsibility when delegating authority, increasing participation and cooperation among employees in implementing the decisions taken, and because management encourages employees to participate in decision-making, and that working in a team spirit and mutual trust between employees increases their ability to Performing tasks.
