Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع استخدام معلمي الرياضيات لأدوات التقويم البديل في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش من وجهة نظرهم للعام الدراسي 2023 / 2024، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (387) معلما ومعلمة، منهم (227) معلمة، و(160) معلما وتألفت عينتها من (219) معلما ومعلمة، بواقع (132) معلمة، و(87) معلما، اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وقامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة مكونة من (45) فقرة، موزعة على خمسة مجالات، وهي: السجل القصصي، قوائم الرصد / الشطب، سلالم التقدير العددي، سلالم التقدير اللفظي، سجل وصف سير التعلم، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج، منها: أن تقديرات عينة الدراسة لواقع استخدامهم لأدوات التقويم البديل من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال سلالم التقدير العددي بأعلى متوسط حسابي وبدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، بينما جاء مجال السجل القصصي في المرتبة الأخيرة، وبدرجة تقدير متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغيري كلا من الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغير سنوات الخبرة التدريسية وجاءت الفروق لصالح أقل من 5 سنوات، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات، منها: حث المشرفين التربويين معلمي مبحث الرياضيات على توظيف أداتي سجل وصف سير التعلم والسجل القصصي في تقويم أداء طلبتهم.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the reality of mathematics teachers’ use of alternative assessment tools in the Jerash Governorate Education Directorate from their point of view for the academic year 2023/2024.

The study population consisted of (387) male and female teachers, including (227) female teachers, and (160) male teachers, and its sample consisted of (219) male and female teachers, (132) female teachers, and (87) male teachers, were selected by a simple random method, and relied on the descriptive survey method.

The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (45) items, distributed over five areas, namely: the narrative record, Monitoring/deletion lists, numerical rating scales, verbal rating scales, and a record of learning progress descriptions.

The study reached results, including: The study sample’s estimates of the reality of their use of alternative assessment tools from their point of view came to a moderate degree, and the area of rating ladders came in first place.

The numerical record had the highest arithmetic average and a high grade of appreciation, while the field of narrative record came in last place, with a medium grade of grade.

The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the variables of both gender and academic qualification, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the variable of years of teaching experience, and the differences were in favor of Less than 5 years, and in light of the results, several recommendations were made, including: Urging educational supervisors and mathematics teachers to use two tools to record the learning progress and the narrative record in evaluating the performance of their students.
