Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة درجة مساهمة استراتيجية التعليم القائم على المشروع في تنمية ميول طلبة المرحلة الأساسية نحو التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية المهنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي.
اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي.
قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة مكونة من (32) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
طبقت على عينة تكونت من جميع معلمي التربية المهنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي، والبالغ عددهم (100) معلم ومعلمة، منهم (56) معلما و(44) معلمة، حيث شكلوا كامل مجتمع الدراسة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة مساهمة استراتيجية التعليم القائم على المشروع في تنمية ميول طلبة المرحلة الأساسية نحو التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية المهنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي جاءت بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق داله إحصائيا في المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات عينة الدراسة على درجة مساهمة استراتيجية التعليم القائم على المشروع في تنمية ميول طلبة المرحلة الأساسية نحو التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية المهنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس وسنوات الخبرة التدريسية والمؤهل العلمي، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات، منها: تعزيز درجة مساهمة استراتيجية التعليم القائم على المشروع في تنمية ميول طلبة المرحلة الأساسية نحو التعليم المهني من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية المهنية في مديرية تربية وتعليم لواء المزار الشمالي.
English Abstract
This study aimed to determine the degree to which the project-based education strategy contributes to developing basic stage students’ inclinations toward vocational education from the point of view of vocational education teachers in the Northern Mazar District Education Directorate.
The study adopted the descriptive survey method.
The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (32) items, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
It was applied to a sample consisting of all vocational education teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Northern Mazar District, who numbered (100) male and female teachers, including (56) males and (44) females, who constituted the entire study population.
The results of the study concluded that the degree of contribution The project-based education strategy in developing basic stage students’ inclinations towards vocational education from the point of view of vocational education teachers in the North Mazar District Education Directorate came with a moderate rating.
The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample members on the score.
The contribution of the project-based education strategy to developing the inclinations of basic stage students towards vocational education from the point of view of vocational education teachers in the Directorate of Education of the Northern Mazar District, according to the variables of gender, years of teaching experience, and academic qualification.
In light of the results, several recommendations were presented, including: enhancing the degree of strategic contribution.
