Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة معرفة دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش من وجهة نظرهم.
اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي.
قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة مكونة من (38) فقرة، تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش، والبالغ عددهم (497) معلما ومعلمة، منهم (261) معلمة، و(236) معلم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (217) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية وبنسبة تقدر ب (44%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش من وجهة نظرهم جاءت بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق داله إحصائيا في المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق داله إحصائيا في المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش تبعا لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة التدريسية والمؤهل العلمي.
وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت عدة توصيات، منها: تعزيز دور البرامج التدريبية في تحسين المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمي اللغة العربية للمرحلة الأساسية في مديرية تربية وتعليم محافظة جرش.
English Abstract
This study aimed to know the role of training programs in improving the teaching skills of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Jerash Governorate Education Directorate from their point of view.
The study adopted the descriptive survey method.
The researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (38) items, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
The study population consisted of all Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate, who numbered (497) male and female teachers, including (261) female teachers, and (236) male teachers.
The study sample consisted of (217) male and female teachers, who were selected using the method Random stratification with an estimated percentage of (44%) of the study population.
The results of the study concluded that the role of training programs in improving the teaching skills of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate, from their point of view, was highly appreciated, as the results of the study showed.
There are statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample members on the role of training programs in improving the teaching skills of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Jerash Governorate Education Directorate according to the gender variable and in favor of males, and there are no statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the study sample individuals’ responses on The role of training programs in improving the teaching skills of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Jerash Governorate Education Directorate according to the variables of years of teaching experience and academic qualification.
In light of the results, several recommendations were presented, including: enhancing the role of training programs in improving the teaching skills of Arabic language teachers for the basic stage in the Jerash Governorate Education Directorate.
