to achieve the study objectives, the researcher adopted a scale of world health organization scale to measure life quality consisting of (24) items the results indicated that life quality level as a whole for elderly with disabilities was medium, the results indicated that there are no statistically significant differences at significance level between means of quality of life due to (gender, job description).
