Climate change has become one of the most important topics of concern to the international community, especially the Egyptian community, due to the unconventional effects witnessed by the Egyptian state and the world in weather phenomena over the four seasons of the year, and based on this, the search for collective solutions to this new threat to international collective security, especially the Egyptian state as one of the countries bordering the sea coasts threatened by sinking, has become fateful for all countries and the responsibility of the five major industrialized countries as the main responsible for the emergence and development of this new threat.

therefore, awareness of the phenomenon of climate change is one of the main pillars in the process of managing the crisis, but it is not enough alone, it requires the management of the crisis to identify the causes of the phenomenon and its risks currently and in the near future, and to develop practical solutions that limit the phenomenon and address it in the near and long term, at the level of the Egyptian state locally, and the international level globally.
