أجريت هذه الدراسة بإقليم دارفور غربي السودان كمنطقة حروب ونزاعات وتم مقارنة النتائج ما بين الأماكن الأكثر تأثرا بالحرب بنتائج اخرى في أماكن اقل تأثرا بالحرب لمعرفة مدى انتشار فيروسات الكبد الوبائي من النوع (ب) و(ج) وفيروس الايدز ومرض الزهري بتلك المناطق.
تم جمع عدد 400 عينة دم بشكل عشوائي من المرضى بمستشفى الطينة الريفي ومركز غرير الريفي بولاية شمال دارفور ومستشفى نيالا التعليمي بجنوب دارفور ومركز صحى الجلابى و مستشفى الضعين التعليمي بولاية شرق دارفور وبعد إجراء التحاليل المخبرية كانت نسبة العينات الموجبة لفيروس الكبد الوبائي من النوع (ب) (33 %) و(٢%) من النوع ( ج) و (6%) نسبة فيروس الايدز و(87%) لمرض الزهري و بمستشفى غرير الريفي كانت (26%) من النوع ( ب) و (4%) من النوع (ج) و (2%) لفيروس الايدز و (74%) لمرض الزهري أما بولاية شرق دارفور فكانت (10%) نسبة فيروس الكبد النوع (ب) والنوع (ج) و نسبة (0%) فيروس الايدز ومرض الزهري أما العينات التي جمعت من مستشفى نيالا التعليمي كانت نتائج كل الاختبارات سالبة مما يبرهن ارتفاع معدلات الاصابة بالفيروسات والأمراض المنقولة جنسيا في النتاطق الاكثر تأثرا بالحروب .
Abstract EN
This study was conducted in Darfur province western Sudan as conflict affected side and compared to non-affected regions to evaluate the prevalence of hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, HIV/AIDS and VDRL infection among Sudanese people.
400 blood samples were collected randomly from patients attended to Tina and Girair rural health Centers in Northern Darfur, Nyala teaching hospital in Southern Darfur and Eastern Darfur states then the specimens were tested for HBsAg, HCV, HIV and VDRL the testresults were showed in Tina 33% positive for HBsAg,2% for HCV, 6% for HIV and 78% for VDRL.
In Girair 26% were reactive for hepatitisHBsAg ,4% for HCV ,2% for HIV and 74% for VDRL.
in eastern Darfur 10% for hepatitis HBsAg and HCV 0% for HIV and VDRL.
but all were showed negative for the participants tested in Nyala Southern Darfur state proving that the viral and other sexual transmitted infections mostly elevated mostly at the violated area and less in the cities were people having more consciousness, health education and facilities.
introduction of central blood banking services and screening of blood and blood products for hepatitis HBsAg and HCV, HIV and SyphilisInfectionsin addition to the introduction of hepatitis HBsAg vaccine as part of the extended program of Immunization beside a program of raising awareness and knowledge in the communities is expected to reduce the infection rate of these viruses in the Sudan.
