Abstract EN

The study aims to :-Building a high management inclusion scale for directors of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.

-Evaluation of the high level of management containment, and the organizational prowess of managers of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul by finding the standard levels of the questionnaire.-To identify the percentage of the contribution of high management containment to the organizational prowess of youth and sports managers in the city of Mosul.

The researcher used the descriptive approach in his survey and correlation style.

As for the research sample, it was represented by the workers in the forums of the Directorate of Youth and Sports in the city of Mosul, who numbered (150) workers, distributed in (8) forums distributed on both sides of the city of Mosul (3) forums on the right side, and (3) forums on the right side, and ( 5) Forums on the left side, and a high containment scale was prepared for management, and the organizational prowess scale was adopted as a means of data collection, and the data was processed statistically using the statistical bag (Spss IBM), and the researcher reached the following conclusions:-The validity of a scale of high management containment and organizational prowess for managers of youth and sports forums.-- Managers of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul have a medium or higher level of management containment and organizational prowess.-The questionnaire of the high management containment proved a significant contribution to the organizational prowess of managers of youth and sports forums in the city of Mosul.
