Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to know the reality of the administrative work environment for workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports from their point of view.

Iraqi youth and sports.

The current research community was identified from all workers in the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, where the number of workers for the ten directorates was (345) and distributed over (10) directorates, where (80%) was taken from the community, and the research sample reached (276).

From the two years, where the research sample was taken from the exploratory experiment, amounting to (10) fromThe workers, with a rate of (4%), and a sample of stability amounting to (30) workers, with a rate of (9%), thus remaining (241) with a rate of (87%) of the workers as an application sample.

Dictatorship in dealing, and there is a clear accuracy in the organizational structure of the directorates of the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports by the workers, and there is a great deal of negligence in adhering to the systems and information of the directorate.

And the emphasis on training workers in a large way in order to motivate them in the right and distinguished way, and there is a broad vision for the decision-making process based on sound scientific foundations
