Job satisfaction and a feeling of happiness in the work environment of physical education teachers in the schools of the Baghdad Education Directorate / 2 Human field: physical education teachers in the primary schools of Karkh / 2 next to the primary school from 11/2/2022 to 26/5/2022 primary schools in the Directorate Karkh Education / 2 The research community has been identified with physical education teachers in the second Karkh district for the year 2021-2022, and their number is (450) physical education teachers.

A sample was selected from the research community with a percentage(50%) where the number was (225) teachers of physical education, where the sample was divided into an exploratory sample and a construction and application sample.

The most important conclusions are that physical education teachers have a significant career recovery.

Physical education teachers have happiness in the practice of work.

There is a positive relationship between career recovery and a feeling of happiness among physical education teachers.

The most important recommendations are to pay attention to the feeling of happiness among physical education teachers and to work on entertaining physical education teachers from time to time so that they have a feeling of happiness.
