Through the researcher’s briefing on the prevailing administrative leadership styles, he noticed that some coaches use the purely administrative leadership style, such as the democratic or dictatorial, and some of them use the behavioral or psychological leadership style, such as social or reinforcement support.

In football, the level of its spread is not even subject to the level of comparison in terms of spread and popularity, so the researcher noticed that the leadership styles and the leadership role played by the sports coach in specialized schools to nurture talent in Diyala Governorate varies according to the level of effectiveness and popularity.

The prevailing management among coaches of some team games represented by volleyball, basketball and handball, which may contribute to understanding the coaches’ leadership styles and patterns and their understanding of the specificity of their role as sports leaders.

Identifying the types of administrative leadership styles prevalent among coaches of specialized schools to nurture talent in Diyala Governorate in volleyball, basketball and handball2.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method, and therefore for its suitability to the nature of the research problem.

Therefore, the research sample included coaches of specialized schools to take care of talent for team games (handball, basketball, and volleyball), they were chosen in a deliberate way, and they numbered (14) coaches only, and the exploratory experiment was applied to (4) coaches with reel They were excluded from the main work sample, and thus the final work settled on (10) trainers.The researcher concluded that the emergence of different points of view of volleyball coaches in the administrative leadership methods, and the absence of significant differences between the opinions of volleyball coaches in the (third dimension) represented by (the dictatorial style) and the emergence of different points of view of handball coaches in the methods of administrative leadership.The researcher recommends to prepare the trainers in a correct leadership manner through the scientific reality of the training process through their participation in training courses for the purpose of acquiring modern knowledge in training, and the need for trainers to pay attention to the dimensions of leadership behavior in a balanced manner because of their positive relationship on the team to achieve victory and achievement, and conduct Similar studies to study the administrative leadership styles of coaches of sports events that the study did not address, whether they were (individual or group) events.
