Perhaps the legal emergence of the concept of self-determination is linked to the rising of the national country notion, especially in the early stages in Europe.

following the outbreak of world war 1 in 1914, and after the first peace conference was held, the idea of self-determination was spread especially among people and ethnic groups who wanted to acquire their independence.

two lifters of the right to self-determination two fundamental lifters contributed to the rising of the self-determination concept: the first one is the socialist left party and its main Marxist movement which was enshrined in the second international conference, and was held in London in 1986, where a decision was taken about the right to self-determination when they announced “… their support of every nation to have the right and the freedom to self-determination”, they also expressed their sympathy stating, “every country who is suffering now from military or national dictatorship or others” calling “the labourers of all countries to join the class conscious labourers in the whole world to fight with each other for the decolonization from world capitalism and to achieve the goals of the democrat socialism.”
