The importance of financial markets and their role in financing the economy often made the legislator resort to adopting its own rules in order to harmonize legislation with the peculiarities of securities related operations.

this feature emerges through all aspects related to the regulation of the financial market, which in most cases constitute exceptions to the general rules contained in the contract law, insurance, penalties, as well as procedures in its civil and criminal branches.

the research on the feature of resolving disputes arising within the financial markets assumes that its elements are distinguished by what distinguishes it from the settlement of disputes by state courts in accordance with the law of procedures.

this study, which depends on the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach, is of particular importance in light of the current strategy of the Qatari state and aimed at developing the stock exchange to attract foreign investment to Qatar through the financial markets development committee.
