The woman is the partner of success , the maker of generations, and the leader of the nation, despite then multiplicity of civilized and social roles through the ages, and their guarantee of the right of divine honor in the Islamic religion and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, and the enjoyment of women by universal constitutionalism since the emergence of the IJnited Nations, which organized the rights and duties in life in multiple agreements however, we can see the lack of opportunities empowerment in many aspects, including: for women's educational opportunities, job opportunities, their participation in political, economic and developmen work and the decision-making process is almost unequal, unbalanced and even ineffective in most of them..

it can be traced back to several reasons, the most important of which are: gender, and its impact on limiting women from taking their real role that is commensurate with their real role, as well as the traditional systems that control Arab society, their practices of masculinity, and adherence to traditions and social norms.
