Most of the legislation that touched on the subject defined the medical profession as being a humane, ethical and practical profession as old as man, which has long been endowed with traditions and customs that necessitate the one who practices it to respect the human personality in all circumstances and conditions and to set a good example in his behavior and straight treatment in his work, preserving people’s lives and their honor merciful to them he exchanged his efforts in their service, a definition that derives its spirit from the oath of honor established by the most famous Greek physician Hippocrates and which is the medical custom in the whole world that every doctor should perform before practicing the profession of medicine, which is the oath in force at the present time, of course, after amending it to suit religious beliefs for each country.
