The parliamentary system is the system that is based on balance and cooperation between the legislative and executive branches.

Therefore, the parliamentary system, as a general principle, assumes the equality of each of the two aforementioned authorities with the other without the slightest subordination or control of one over the other, on the other hand, this equality means the necessity of cooperation and balance between them.

The parliamentary system between the two systems is the presidential system applied in the United States of America, and the assembly government applied in Switzerland, and the parliamentary system is suitable for application in monarchy and republican countries alike, and the first countries that knew it were England.

The parliamentary system arose in England during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, and its pillars were completed on the basis of a balance between the legislative and executive powers, from a ministry responsible to Parliament and the right of the executive to dissolve Parliament, with a great deal of cooperation between them.

The emergence of the parliamentary system requires the existence of basic bodies that are the pillars and pillars of the parliamentary system.
