All those involved in the justice system agree on the importance of electronic management in this facility, given the increasing demand for administrative and judicial services and the digital revolution that the world is witnessing, which has forced Morocco to engage in the use of modern technologies.

All of these factors prompted the actors in the justice system to keep pace with the new concepts and theories related to the provision of electronic judicial services and electronic litigation, by gradually moving from the use of traditional means to the use of advanced technologies in the judicial administration, which help to simplify procedures and procedures, save time, effort and costs, and enhance the concept of transparency.

For this, the Ministry in charge of managing the justice facility has made several attempts to digitize the judicial administration, whether it is a matter of international cooperation in the judicial field since the year 2000 or the announcement of the guiding plan for the digital transformation of justice in Morocco in 2020, this scheme that will enable, for the first time, the availability of the justice facility on an official written reference plan It includes a strategy at the near, medium and long levels in order to reach digital justice.
