This study seeks to reveal the general policy for the adoption of electronic administration in Morocco through the strategies followed and the prospects for activating its plans.

Through the effects of the scientific revolution, the administrations witnessed a digital transformation that was manifested in the modernization of their management methods by relying on technical means that were credited with rationalizing the cost of services and processing the requests in a reasonable time and consolidating the transparency in administrative work, which enhanced the citizen’s confidence in the administration, and this transformation also contributed Directly in touching the quality approach in the public service, and providing the services required.

In order for the adoption of electronic management to have an impactful role on the management process of public utilities, which will be reflected in raising the indicators of good governance; It is inevitable to explore future horizons to overcome the imbalances and remedy the needs facing the strategies of digitizing the public administration by providing a set of requirements: whether organizational or societal, they serve as the pillar on which the administration relies in crystallizing its digital transformation.
