تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق إدارة الوقت بمكتبة جامعة الأمير عبد القادر، من خلال الوقوف على آراء العاملين بالمكتبة حول المشكلات التنظيمية والميول الإنسانية، بهدف معرفة تأثير هذه العوامل على تطبيق مفهوم إدارة وقت العاملين بالمكتبة.
وحسب طبيعة الدراسة، فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث شملت الدراسة الميدانية عينة قصدية ضمت 49 موظفا بالمكتبة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المشكلات التنظيمية تؤثر في التطبيق الجيد لإدارة الوقت في حين عامل الميول الإنساني يؤثر بشكل نسبي، وعليه فإن تطبيق إدارة الوقت بمكتبة جامعة الأمير عبد القادر نسبي، يستلزم وضع أساليب تنظيمية محكمة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to find out the reality of the application of time management in the library of prince Abdelkader university, by identifying the views of library staff on organisational issues and human tendencies, with the aim of knowing the impact of these factors on the application of the concept of time management for library staff.
according to the nature of the study, the descriptive method was used, where the field study included a purposive sample of 49 employees in the library, and the study concluded that organisational issues affect the good application of time management while the human tendencies factor affects relatively, and therefore the application of time management in the library of prince Abdulkader university is relative, requiring the development of strong organisational methods.

Cette étude vise à découvrir la réalité de l'application de la gestion du temps dans la bibliothèque de l'université prince Abdelkader, en identifiant les points de vue du personnel de la bibliothèque sur les questions organisationnelles et les tendances humaines, dans le but de connaître l'impact de ces facteurs sur l'application du concept de gestion du temps pour le personnel de la bibliothèque.
conformément à la nature de l'étude, la méthode descriptive a été utilisée, où l'étude sur le terrain a inclus un échantillon raisonné de 49 employés de la bibliothèque, et l'étude a conclu que les questions organisationnelles affectent la bonne application de la gestion du temps tandis que le facteur des tendances humaines affecte relativement, et donc l'application de la gestion du temps dans la bibliothèque de l'université du prince Abdulkader est relative, ce qui nécessite le développement de méthodes organisationnelles fortes.
