تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مضامين تكنولوجيات التعليم الحديثة الموجهة لتكوين الأستاذ الجامعي حديث التوظيف قصد تمكينه من مختلف المهارات التقنية المطلوبة لتحقيق جودة التعليم، وتوصلنا من خلال نتائج الدراسة إلى أن إدراج هاته المضامين يساهم في ترقية تأطير الأستاذ الجامعي وتطوير أساليب نقله للمعرفة لطلبته، كما أن المرافقة البيداغوجية عبر الأرضية الوطنية للتكوين البيداغوجي عن بعد لفائدة الأساتذة الجامعيين يسهم في ترقية أدائهم الأكاديمي الذي ستنعكس مخرجاته إيجابيا على جودة التعليم الجامعي.
Abstract EN
This study comes to shed light on the contents of modern educational technologies directed at the formation of newly employed university professors in order to enable him to possess the various technical skills required to achieve quality education.
we concluded, through the results of the study, that including these contents contributes to upgrading the supervision of the university professor and developing the methods of transferring knowledge to his students, as well as pedagogical accompaniment through the national platform for distance pedagogical training for the benefit of university professors contributes to improving their academic performance, the outcomes of which will reflect positively on the quality of university education.

Cette étude vient mettre en lumière le contenu des technologies éducatives modernes orientées vers la formation des professeurs d'université nouvellement embauchés afin de leur permettre de posséder les différentes compétences techniques requises pour parvenir à une éducation de qualité.
Nous avons conclu, à travers les résultats de l'étude, que l'inclusion de ces contenus contribue à valoriser l'encadrement du professeur d'université et à développer les méthodes de transfert des connaissances à ses étudiants, ainsi que l'accompagnement pédagogique à travers la plateforme nationale de formation pédagogique à distance au profit des professeurs d’université contribuent à l’amélioration de leurs résultats académiques, dont les résultats auront un impact positif sur la qualité de ’enseignement universitaire.
