Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the Business Processes Reengineering (BPR) in hospital management.

The study relied on the library scientific research approach, where reference was made to several sources before starting to write the research, including books, scientific research and articles in the field of BPR, which were read and viewed, and this research was written based on those sources.

The study also relied on the descriptive library approach in an organized manner through searching in Arabic and foreign databases.

The study results showed that the most important of which is that the strategy of re-engineering (BPR) the health sector is one of the most important strategies that seek to advance and develop the sector.

The results also showed that the hospital administration seeks to achieve fundamental improvements in all types of operations and bring about fundamental changes in work procedures, through BPR.

The study recommended the need to pay attention to the dimensions of reengineering in the performance of institutions in general and health institutions in particular.
