This study aims to clarify the relationship between comprehensive performance and stakeholder theory and try to approach them, as comprehensive performance is an entry point to achieving stakeholder requirements.

the key point is that comprehensive performance plays a role in achieving stakeholder requirements.

in our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and we concluded that business organizations must realize the importance of paying attention to comprehensive performance in the three dimensions to fulfill the requirements of stakeholders.

organizations that neglected this relationship knew major problems that threatened their activity.
