Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the level of quality of life among university teachers.

additionally, it aimed to determine if there were differences in the level of quality of life attributed to gender, years of experience.

the study sample consisted of 76 university teachers.

a descriptive research design was adopted, and data were collected using a quality of life scale for faculty members developed by the researcher and dr.

Abdul Karim Obaid Jumah al-Kubaisi.

after applying the scale to the research sample, the following results were obtained: • the level of quality of life among university teachers was found to be high.

there were no statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life among university teachers attributed to gender and years of experience.
