The importance of public transactions in the Algerian legislation have continued to develop the need of devoting its legal protection, which is intended to get them far from the suspicions of the phenomenon of corruption administrative, which is intentional by the Algerian legislator through briefing a huge legal conservation.

this research paper seeks to identify the most important legal reforms known by the public deals, it is related to this sector for his governance.

therefore, the main problem of this regard is mainly focused on the efforts of the Algerian legislator in consideration of electronic contract in the field of public transactions under the law 23 / 12 that governs the general rules of public deals.
