however, disputes may arise between parties to these contracts, which can negatively impact this process.

consequently, this study focuses on evaluating the arbitration mechanism as an effective tool for resolving disputes related to technology transfer contracts.

the study highlights the advantages of arbitration in resolving technology transfer disputes, such as its speed, ease, and neutrality.

additionally, the study examines the applicable law to the subject matter of the dispute, focusing on Egyptian law as a model.

furthermore, the study provides a comparative analysis of arbitration systems in some Arab and foreign countries.
