The importance of legal security principle and its relationship with energy security and the future of renewable energies in Algeria

The law is a source of guarantee and stability for investment in energy security and its relationship to Algeria's various renewable energy mechanisms.

in this context, the problems of research in this paper will be based on answering the following questions: what is the importance of legal security? how can its relationship to energy security encourage investment in renewable energies? in addition, what guarantees is guaranteed by legal security as an essential element for attracting investment? according to the above-mentioned questions, energy security is presumed to be linked to the extent of the government's effective energy policies by moving from traditional depleted energy sources to renewable energies and allocating safeguards and appropriate mechanisms to make domestic and international investment subject to legal security requirements.
