Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the level of psychological empowerment and reveal differences in it according to the gender variable in the BeniSaf cement company-Ain Temouchent.

the descriptive analytical approach was followed using the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and it was applied to a sample of 30 workers.

the study found: a high level of psychological empowerment, and no differences in the level of psychological empowerment according to the gender variable.

in light of these results, we propose the following recommendations: providing a work environment that contributes to enhancing and maintaining the level of psychological empowerment, and the necessity of conducting more studies on the subject, given its impact on several other issues in the field of work.
