The military force has always been the first option for countries to implement its foreign policy; however, the dynamic changes prompted strategic thinkers, such as Joseph Nye", to create a new concept to implement the foreign policy of major countries, and the latter avoids the losses that incurred them; the research was devoted to more rational, attractive and acceptable means to achieve the strategic goals of countries; using a new type of strength; a representative of "soft power" through the ability to persuade others and change their behavior away from the logic of the use of military power.

this research paper will try; highlighting the Chinese role in the African continent, by following a new style and approach, according to its strategic agenda to attract Africans to its policy; and trying to play a pivotal role in the regionally and globally strategic areas; in particular, in the areas that witness strategic competition (economic, political and honest), given its natural and human wealth; Africa, the underdeveloped continent, is today a place for the conflict of the major and minor powers from it; to implement its agendas and achieve its strategic goals.
