Business contracts are new contract models imposed by the development of economic life and the recovery of the field of entrepreneurship as part of the need for economic agents in the market to own technology and capital to achieve profits and compete with others to gain a position in that market, so business contracts emerged as a new concept derived its rules and principles from economic life directly, which makes these contracts characterized by peculiarities that we do not find in all other contracts outside the business circle, and differed in some aspects even from the general theory of the contract, whether in terms of the parties concluded by them or the methods of concluding and implementing them and the effects of the aftermath of the expiration of these contracts.

thus, business contracts raised several legal and economic problems, the most prominent of which is the problem of adapting these new contracts, which have known a wide demand and spread in the field of business, with the general theory of the contract organized in civil law as the general law of the contract.
