This research paper focuses on the topic of the contribution of civil society to achieving local development in Algeria and Morocco, and aims to shed light on the points of similarity and difference between the composition of civil society in Algeria and Morocco, and the extent of its contribution to local development in terms of extrapolating the relevant constitutional and legal texts.
