This research aims to highlight the importance of developing e-financial services in Algeria in view of the evolution of information technology, financial institutions seek to modernize their services in accordance with the expansion of the volume of electronic transactions.

the study concluded that electronic payment systems were one of Algeria's most important services, the legislator was keen to frame electronic financial services to give legal protection and keep pace with the global digital transformation.
