The impact of technological development on evidence-seeking proceedings before the international criminal court is one of the most prominent issues of legal problem and one of the most important problems is with regard to the authenticity of this evidence, especially in testimony, where an adversarial testimony takes an important place among the evidentiary evidence, in the face of the accused, there are two things that technological development in this area results from being made using audio or visual interconnection technologies, it is considered a solution to exceptional cases where it is difficult to testify in cases where there is a risk to witnesses' safety imprisonment", which is a means of obtaining evidence and preventing offenders from escaping pursuit and punishment.
