The impact of technological development procedure for obtaining evidence before the international criminal court is one of the most prominent topics that raises legal problems.

in particular with regard to the authenticity of this evidence, and in particular the testimony where the latter takes an important place among the evidence, the witness must be present at the seat of the tribunal, where it is discussed in the face of the accused.

but what technological development has created in area is that it can be made using audio or visual interconnection technologies in exceptional cases, this study aims at analyzing the techniques of remote testimony in the context of its authenticity as a means of proof before the international criminal court on the one hand and its subjection to the personal conviction of the judge in accordance with the Rome statute and the rules of procedure and evidence on the other.
