despite the development of international and internal protection methods for various cultural properties, palestinian properties did not benefit from these methods and were exposed to the most horrific means of destruction and destruction in front of their eyes.

and the hearing of arab and international public opinion, and this indicates the shortcomings of these methods and their insufficiency in achieving their goals.

therefore, the legal system related to the protection of cultural objects must be reconsidered and the mechanisms for peace and security called for by institutions for preserving world heritage and human rights must be activated.
