Bullying in algerian society has become increasingly expanding to include areas that it was not expected to extend to, but on the other hand, the algerian legislator did not clarify his position on this phenomenon, which is what makes the judiciary flounder in legal voids that can only be filled by resorting to cases that are somewhat similar to this phenomenon.

this study mainly aims to show that bullying in Algeria was based on many researches and studies, and books were written about it in various sizes, but it pertains only to jurists in all various fields, except for jurists of law, because the word bullying was not mentioned at all in algerian law, and specialized jurists did not try In the law, it is placed in a context consistent with it according to what the law stipulates, since the phenomenon, whatever it is, remains in the drawers until the law intervenes in order to put it in a context that is in line with it and clarifies in particular the responsibility of the law around it.
