Abstract EN

This research paper examined a comparative analysis of the reality of three algerian institutions: universities, media institutions, and an example of an economic institution, and their trends in the adoption of modern technologies, as well as what is known as the digitization of the administration as a true picture of its drifting in the winds of globalization and the currents of technological change.

the study has shown that algerian institutions, which were limited to the automation of certain branches of Algeria's state institutions in a very short time, have recently achieved a remarkable development in this area.
