Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on emerging enterprises as a mechanism to achieve economic development in Algeria with an attempt to focus on emerging enterprises in the agricultural sector and study their various opportunities and challenges in Algeria with a case study of AKT-farms (algerian knowledge technologies farms foundation), and we concluded at the end of the study that agricultural startups are a major driver of orientation towards a sustainable economic system with their contribution to economic performance and job creation, and the innovative solutions provided by it cover a full range of development goals.

however, Algeria's startup ecosystem is nascent and weak, with the absence of necessary sources of funding, and few specialized support structures specifically geared to supporting agricultural start-ups.
