Analysis of the impact of innovation on business performance of Algerian economic companies: case of Algeria telecom, CNAS, SONELGAZ: agencies of Laghouat-Algeria-

Abstract EN

Innovation is critical for business performance and is a key driver of productivity growth, Algeria has engaged in a process of opening to the international market through free trade agreements which require national companies to improve their competitiveness to face fierce competition.

thus, innovation has become an imperative for the development of businesses and plays a central role in their performance and survival.

while many researchers have focused on innovation in developed countries, few studies have focused on this area in developing countries.

our study aims to verify the link between innovation and business performance.

to do this, we conducted a field survey with Algeria telecom, Sonelgaz, CNAS agencies in Laghouat-Algeria using a questionnaire.

we adopted a positivist approach and justified our reasoning using a hypothetic-deductive approach.

we used SPSS 27 software to test our research hypotheses.

the analysis of our results showed that there is indeed a close relationship between innovation and the performance of the economic companies of Algeria telecom, Sonelgaz, CNAS agencies of Laghouat Algeria.
